DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 700 PM CHST...0900 UTC...the center of Tropical Depression Man-yi was located near Latitude 24.1 degrees North and Longitude 133.3 degrees East. Man-yi is moving north-northeast at 14 mph but is expected to turn more northeast with increasing forward speed Wednesday and Wednesday night as it transitions to being an extra- tropical cyclone.
Maximum sustained winds remain at 35 mph and little change in intensity is expected through Wednesday, but Man-yi is expected to intensify a little Wednesday night as it becomes extra-tropical.
