DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 100 AM CHST...1500 UTC...the center of Tropical Depression 33W was located near Latitude 6.8 degrees North and Longitude 133.2 degrees East. 33W is moving west-northwest at 7 mph. It is expected to make a slight turn toward the northwest with little change in forward speed over the next 24 hours.
Maximum sustained winds have increased to 35 mph. 33W is forecast to intensify through Tuesday possibly becoming a tropical storm Monday afternoon.
