Discussion and outlook ---------------------- At 400 AM CHST...1800 UTC...the center of Tropical Storm Sanba was located near Latitude 7.6 North and Longitude 133.2 East. Tropical Storm Sanba  is moving toward the west-northwest at 18 mph. It is expected continue in this direction with little change in forward speed over the next 24 hours.
Maximum sustained wind remains at 40 mph. Tropical Storm Sanba is forecast to slowly intensify through Tuesday. Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 75 miles north of the center and up to 45 miles south of the center.
